We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team and manage complex projects for our clients in the state & local government, healthcare, commercial and federal sectors. You will also lead and motivate a team of project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. We are looking for someone to ensure that our operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects using established project management methodologies and best practices.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to coordinate and optimize cross-functional processes and projects.
- Support the invoicing process and monthly financial reporting.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and other deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support waterfall projections based on current projects.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers providing feedback, coaching, and guidance.
- Support business development activities, such as proposal writing, pricing, and client presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance performance and customer value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in the state & local government, healthcare, commercial, or federal sectors.
- PMP certification highly preferred.
- Experience with healthcare data management, data analytics, data governance, data quality, or data integration projects is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Highly analytical, organized, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software and tools.
- Experience supporting CPFF, T&M and Fixed Price contracts.
