Role Overview:
This position is for an electrical CAD drafting technician that supports the Neenah Cold Spring Facility. The role entails updating red-lined electrical prints, maintaining machine documentation, and supporting small plant-run design projects. Position can be more entry-level, seeking someone with at least a couple years’ experience. MUST have knowledge of electrical drawing device symbols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Use AutoCAD knowledge to maintain machine electrical documentation
• Update prints based on feedback from engineers or electricians
• Create construction package documentation for small-scale projects
Experience:
• Experience with AutoCAD v21
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of electrical drawing device symbols
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Rockwell RS Logix 5, 500 and 5000 PLC software
• Knowledge of drawing system
• NFPA70e trained
Skills:
CAD 21 or CAD
Education:
Must have experience with AutoCAD v21
