Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated High Volume Recruiter to support call center hiring needs at our Alpharetta, GA and Chandler, AZ locations. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, particularly in a call center environment. The recruiter will play a critical role in managing requisitions, building candidate pipelines, and meeting monthly hiring targets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Workday Recruit, excellent organizational skills, and a track record of achieving recruitment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for high-volume/call center roles and other operational positions
- Manage to call center hiring plans with proactive recruitment strategies, aiming to meet new hire class targets
- Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers and provide continuous updates on the recruitment process
- Ensure a high level of customer service by maintaining excellent communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Meet and exceed performance metrics (e.g., hires per month, time to offer, candidate satisfaction, offer acceptance ratios)
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring positive candidate engagement and communication throughout the process
- Maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws regarding recruiting practices
- Support additional Talent Acquisition projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma with at least 5 years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in call centers
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Workday Recruit
- Strong experience in managing multiple requisitions and meeting recruitment goals
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to manage time effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing needs, and self-motivate
- Experience with tools like MS Teams, Slack, or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM tools like Phenom People
- Familiarity with video interviewing platforms
- SPHR/PHR Certification
Additional Notes
This is a hybrid position, requiring candidates to be onsite three days per week. Candidates must reside locally within 20-30 miles of either Alpharetta, GA or Chandler, AZ. Please note, we are not considering non-local candidates for this role.
