MRM is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy who specializes in cutting-edge, forward-thinking work and marketing solutions for globally recognized brands. You’ve honed your creative talents for concepting and copywriting, priding yourself on your problem-solving skills and prowess for presenting. Responsibilities
Lead creative work
Work on TV, print, digital, social, radio, direct mail, and more
Ensure all work is on-brand and on-strategy
Coordinate resources to meet deadlines
Play an integral role in new business pitches
Foster internal and client relationships
Partner with account and strategy in developing creative briefs
Brainstorm concepts and write, too!
Requirements
8+ years of relevant work experience as a copywriter
Strong portfolio of work
Innovative creative vision
Strong presentation skills
Love of multi-tasking
Ability to nurture, mentor and manage

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $205,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
