- The Hotel Director of Sales is responsible for generating Hotel revenues through effective solicitation and management of all sales accounts for the Hotel.
- The Hotel Director of Sales provide hands-on leadership to the hotel sales manager and coordinator to ensure individual goals are met, proper prospecting and closing techniques are utilized to maximize account saturation and positively impact hotel revenues.
- The Hotel Director of Sales collaborates with the hotel revenue management team to ensure maximum yield is achieved.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ hotel sales leadership experience.
- College degree helpful.
- Hilton experience highly preferred.
- Full-service Hotel experience required.
- Stable employment history.

- $120K-$140K - based on experience
- Generous bonus plan
