Our reputable Allstate agency in Franklin is searching for a highly experienced General Manager to oversee and elevate our operations. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in insurance sales and management. The General Manager will be tasked with leading a team of agents, managing daily business operations, and ensuring the highest standards of service and performance. Reporting directly to the agency owner, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Franklin location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Provide clear leadership and direction to a team of insurance agents and support staff. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily operations and financial aspects of the agency. Ensure efficient and effective business practices.
- Recruitment & Training: Recruit, onboard, and train new team members on business practices, policies, and customer service standards.
- Employee Development: Drive the professional development of employees, encouraging growth and enhancing team capabilities.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain and uphold the quality of work and service, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven management and customer service experience in the insurance industry, with a strong track record of leading teams.
- Skills: Strong administrative and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Insurance Knowledge: Prior experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance management is required.
- Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving.
