Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team of NICU nurses and healthcare professionals, ensuring the highest level of care for critically ill newborns.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other departments to create personalized treatment plans that promote the best possible outcomes.
- Oversee the daily operations of the NICU, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of safety and compassion.
- Mentor and develop nursing staff through coaching, continuous education, and professional growth opportunities.
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to maintain an efficient and effective unit.

What We’re Looking For:
- Current RN license with neonatal clinical experience and leadership in a NICU or related setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire a high-performing team in a fast-paced, emotionally charged environment.
