Salary: $3,000 base monthly salary plus 7% commission on collected sales.
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for one of our clients, a leading provider of CPAP supplies dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with sleep apnea. Our client offers an extensive range of high-quality products aimed at enhancing sleep health and overall well-being. With over 60 products in their wholesale catalog, they have built a reputation for innovation and customer satisfaction in the medical equipment industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate CPAP products from the extensive catalog.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Expand the reach to larger online/physical retailers and other key market segments (hospitals, sleep clinics, pharmacies, etc.).
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of CPAP products and the sleep apnea market is preferred.
- Experience working with DME/HME providers and large online retailers is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
