Compensation:$17.50 hourly
Responsibilities:- Provide transportation to clients for their appointments when necessary
- Facilitate recovery-based group activities
- Evaluate and assess factors that hinder independent or community living
- Address communication skills in individuals
- Implement skills to manage symptoms effectively
- Help individuals develop social support systems
- Adapt skills for various life domains such as home, work, education, leisure, and social activities
- Offer immediate crisis intervention
- Complete assigned training, both in person and through computer learning programs
- Document activities and progress on a daily basis
- Meet productivity standards
- Cover shifts at group homes as needed, including day, evening, and overnight shifts
- Schedule and attend meetings as required
- Maintain regular attendance
Qualifications:- Must be 18 years of age or older (State requirement for licensing)
- Must have current driver's license, transportation, and automobile insurance coverage
- Follow HIPAA and maintain confidentiality!
- Must have your Peer Support certification
