Role: Sr. Integration Consultant

Job Summary: The Sr. Integration Consultant is a high-performing leader, problem solver, and innovator who challenges the status quo and drives innovation. In this role, you will analyze complex business problems to be solved with re-engineered processes and automated technology solutions. You will provide consultation to end users and lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Architect and design integration capabilities and systems solutions in support of business objectives
- Exposure to end-to-end Procure to Pay data and processes, e.g., Master Data (Multi level BOMs, Routings, Work centers, etc.), Forecasting, Source Determination, MRP, Inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), Sub-contracting, Purchase order (PO) management, Supplier Capacity, Factory Capacity, Constraints, etc.
- Utilize Talend for integration tasks, focusing on extracting and transforming data from SAP ECC to Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Able to put on multiple hats: Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst and communicate effectively to a diverse audience
- Ability to understand business functionality and translate it into business use cases.
Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including:
- Requirements (Validation and Alignment)
- Design (Blueprint and Spec)
- Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing)
- Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)
- Training/Documentation
- Deploy (Cutover, Go Live)
- Run (Post mortem, Hypercare)
- Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years overall ETL/Systems Integration experience with 5+ years of experience in Talend
- Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems including SAP and no code platform like Talend
- Experience with prior integrations by extracting and transforming SAP ECC or S/4 data with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Experience working in a CTO/ETO (Configure/Engineer to Order) environment
- Have led more than one end-to-end implementation program, that included: Analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, and deployment, including training and data conversion.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills.
- Strong understanding of windows scripting and file transfers across internal/external networks
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently or with limited direction.
Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of advanced BI and dashboarding tools, e.g., Microsoft Power Platform.
- Comfortable working with large data sets in MS Excel and querying language like SQL is a plus.
