Project/Reason for Role: Restructure impacted this team and has another one leave. Needs additional support. Role will be primarily reviewing legal billing invoices, fielding inquiries internal and external(payment status etc)
What are the TOP Critical Skills or Must Haves skills a candidate should have on their resume in order to be considered? Must have great communication/organizational skills. 5+ years in legal billing/e-billing exp, experience with end to end invoice lifecycle, experience, Excel/Outlook(Advanced level, sorting/pivot tables, vlook up's), previous experience in a law firm or professional services/multi-office
Nice to Have: Would love to see someone with legal billing or a legal background, Experience Collaberati/TeamConnect, SAP/ORACLE experience is a nice to have- they do have to look things up in those systems(won't be processing things in these tools)
