We are presently looking for a dedicated Senior Benefits Analyst for one of our fastest-growing clients. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of generating reports, benefits analysis, and regulatory compliance laws related to benefits.
As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you will be in charge of analyzing and reviewing our company’s employee benefits program, assessing its impact on employees and ensuring it serves the needs of the organization. You will also be tasked with implementing, modifying, and administering employee benefit programs such as health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, sick leave, paid time off, and unemployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive benefits analysis to assess competitive position and plan trends
- Generate detailed reports on benefits programs
- Monitor compliance with state and federal law regarding benefits
- Advise on benefits strategy, design, and pricing
- Handle benefits inquiries to ensure quick and accurate resolution
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration, including experience with generating reports and benefits analysis
- Knowledge of benefits contract language
- Familiarity with various types of insurance plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
