Hansen Talent Group is hiring an Agile Business Analyst to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC. This is a hybrid opportunity and will require between 3-4 days/week onsite.
In this role you'll ensure clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to convey intricate technical and business concepts and requirements.
What you'll do:
- Defines customer needs in technical and business contexts.
- Document business requirements, develop users stories and detail acceptance criteria.
- Ensure the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customer's objectives for the work effort.
- Provide guidance with planning and prioritization of business analysis activities in support of large, high-visibility project and support efforts.
- Provide guidance for less experienced staff to ensure they remain on target for meeting customer requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Business Analyst and/or Product Owner experience in an Agile environment, gathering and documenting business requirements, developing users stories and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Demonstrated understanding of concepts of the supported business unit.
- Demonstrated knowledge of procedures for the business unit.
- Able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, including the ability to express complex technical and business concepts to all management levels, peers, and the business units.
- Understands how IT affects an organization and is able to link it to business processes.
- Able to read and comment on test plans and test matrices, project plans, and scope and design documents.
