Requirements:
- Education: B.A. or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- Experience: 3+ years as a Project Manager on projects exceeding $25 million.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Safety Compliance: Promote and ensure adherence to company safety policies and programs.
- Submittal Oversight: Review, monitor, and coordinate the approval of shop drawings and submittals.
- Billing and Schedules: Create schedules of values and obtain billing approval from architects/owners.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the onsite Superintendent to ensure contract conformance.
- Quality Control: Oversee the Quality Control Program for the project.
- Budget Management: Prepare the project budget, manage change orders, and adjust cost control budgets as needed.
- Reporting: Formulate and monitor all required reports and logs.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and attend all project meetings and final walkthroughs.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff, establish and communicate performance expectations, provide feedback, determine training needs, and conduct on-the-job training.
- Site Presence: Maintain regular attendance at the worksite.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
