Exacta Solutions is partnering with a leading company in the gaming industry to find a skilled Casino Equipment Technician for an exciting opportunity in Atlantic City. Our client is at the forefront of innovation, merging the thrill of land-based casinos with the convenience of online gaming.
We are seeking a qualified Casino Technician to join the team and contribute to various aspects of studio setup, EGM (Electronic Gaming Machine) maintenance, storage, installation, and game theme conversions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the gaming industry, particularly with EGMs, and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform preventive maintenance for EGMs and related systems.
- Provide technical expertise and resolve any technical issues related to gaming solutions.
- Be on-site at the studio for technical support, machine installations, and game theme conversions.
- Manage detailed inventory records of machines and spare parts.
- Conduct scheduled inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
- Provide clear and professional communication to operator clients regarding machine failures and repair timelines.
Successful Candidates Will:
- Be able to travel as required.
- Obtain the necessary licensing and certifications from local regulatory bodies.
- Have a deep understanding of regulated environments and the associated operational procedures.
- Hold certifications from major game manufacturers relevant to the Atlantic City region.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience working with Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) in the gaming industry.
- In-depth knowledge of products from leading game manufacture
- Experience with game theme conversions and installations.
- Technical repair certifications from major game manufacturers.
- Strong skills in compliance procedures, auditing, and inventory management.
