The Investment Analyst position involves assisting our advisors in meeting all our clients’ investment related needs, providing thoughtful and informed analysis on portfolio positions, and helping make investment recommendations to the Investment Committee.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Creating portfolio analysis reports for existing and prospective clients using tools such as Morningstar Direct.
- Preparation of in-depth portfolio allocation proposals that includes tax analysis, yield analysis, economic and market impacts on current positioning with recommended changes.
- Assist with any activities necessary regarding our Portfolio Management Software
- Presentation of research data in weekly and monthly investment committee meetings
- Assist with preparation of monthly newsletter and special notices
- Responsible for monitoring existing model strategies and positions as well as recommending new ideas
- Support Chief Investment Officer, analyst team, and advisors on other investment and research related projects as needed
- Creating/updating review package materials for advisors
- Assist with due diligence of existing and future fund managers in both public and private markets
- Ability to understand and communicate alternative investment strategies
- Assist with maintenance and execution of trades needed in Trading / Rebalancing software
- Maintain and update alternative investment information and materials
- Facilitate communication and meeting scheduling with vendors, wholesalers, and fund managers

Skills & Abilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics; preferred
Experience: 0-5 years financial service or other relevant experience preferred. Pursuing or completion of the CFA® Program.
Computer Skills
Extensive background in Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Preferred but not required: Morningstar, OneNote, Teams.
