Responsibilities of Account Managers:
- Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates by making a high volume of calls daily (100+ calls per day)
- Reach out to both new and existing healthcare professionals to forge meaningful connections and present tailored opportunities that align with their skills, licenses, board status, and credentials.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships that produce loyalty and promote a long-term working relationship with our clients and health professionals.
- Engage with prospective and current providers to clearly outline assignment details and compensation, ensuring a transparent and rewarding experience.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in sales and high-volume cold calling is preferred
- Background in Business, Marketing, and Hospitality welcome
