2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM CST

What You’ll Do:
- 1st Shift (Biggest Need):
- Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM CST
- Work closely with two different departments.
- Operate automated processed machines, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Engage in press operations and stamping with a focus on quality.
- Be part of a team that values sharp individuals with a great personality, even if you have few years of experience.
- 2nd Shift (More Experience Required):
- Hours: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM CST
- Work with more complex materials, requiring an understanding of calibers and process improvements.
- Opportunity for higher pay with more experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2-4 years of related manufacturing experience, with at least one year of tenure at each previous role.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, solid computer skills, and the ability to use tools such as dial calipers and micrometers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and a keen understanding of machine operations.
