Responsibilities
The Employment Litigation Associate will join the firm’s Labor and Employment practice area, which represents premier local and national employers. The successful candidate will assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies and opposing counsel. Duties include labor and employment legal representation, developing creative ideas and pragmatic solutions for client problems, litigation, trial work and resolving governmental and workplace investigations.
Qualifications
Candidates for the Employment Litigation Associate will possess the following qualifications and expertise:
- Juris Doctor
- Outstanding academic record preferred (Top 25% of law school class)
- Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing
- Prior labor and employment legal experience
- Excellent written, analytical and communication skills
