Prepares daily and monthly financial reports and explains variances to plan, prior year and forecast. Ensures consistency of data and presentation with others. Provides value-added reporting and analytics to management.
Works closely with supervisory roles; working to ensure accuracy of department financials as the monthly, quarterly and annual close cycles occur.
Some tasks include but are not limited to: bank reconciliation, rebate processing, account analysis as well as journal entries and reconciliations, cross departmental training. Works closely with all departments within the organization.
Will assist VP of Finance with forecasts and budgets as necessary.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualification:High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Required Experience:
1 - 3 years of accounting experience or work toward accounting degree
