Product Analyst
6-month contract (opportunity for extension)
100% remote
Brooksource is currently seeking a skilled Product Analyst to join our Fortune 50 clients Manufacturing Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes using advanced software solutions, including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and low-code development platforms like Mendix. This is a high-impacted role focused on enabling new platform capabilities to accelerate different supply chain sites’ ability to deliver through process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Partner with technical product owner, product manager, and development squad to clarify and document business requirements to deliver a technical solution
- Ensure prioritization/refinement of product backlog on business value and time to complete
- Adhere to software development and product management best practices around SDLC, GxP, quality & compliance, and security
- Responsible for writing user stories and developing process improvements within Jira
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, computer science, or related field
- Experience in project management or business analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Initiative to learn and become familiar with low-code platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MES, agile, product design, product management, enterprise/solution architecture, software development
