**Job Title: Asst. PM/Superintendent**
**Reports To:** Senior Project Manager & Operations Manager
**Job Description:**
The Asst. PM/Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily management and coordination of high end multi million dollar custom residential construction projects in the Beverly Hills and surrounding area. This position requires strong leadership and administrative skills to manage project documentation, such as plans, contracts, purchase orders, and change orders, ensuring all are tracked and executed efficiently to maintain project timelines. The Superintendent will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to ensure that construction goals are met on time and within budget. This is a full-time, salaried position requiring a minimum commitment of 40 hours per week.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee the job site for assigned projects, coordinating with the Senior Project Manager.
- Determine necessary resources and team members required to achieve project objectives.
- Lead and participate in project status meetings, providing updates on progress and addressing any issues.
- Identify and communicate any deviations from the project plan or schedule to the Senior Project Manager.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain high ethical standards throughout the project.
- Manage the procurement of bids, material selection, and contractor coordination.
- Track and manage all communication to ensure important details are addressed and tasks are completed.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of relevant construction management experience, preferably in California.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
- Familiarity with local city regulations and jurisdictions preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of recognizing and addressing project challenges.
