The role
As a Developmental Technician in Refrigeration/HVAC Maintenance, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You'll assist in maintaining and repairing HVAC/R equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supporting cost-control initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete paperwork, including expense vouchers, summaries, and work orders
- Assist in developing scopes of work for HVAC/R and energy management systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC/R problems, scheduling major repairs as needed

- You have a strong commitment to following safety regulations and guidelines
- You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can adapt to changing priorities
- You're a team player with effective communication and collaboration abilities
What we need to see from you
- You have Type I and Type II Environmental Protection Agency certification for refrigerant handling
- You've completed an HVAC/R Certificate of Completion through Live Better U and Penn Foster Career School
- You have experience in a mechanical maintenance or construction-related field for commercial HVAC/R and building controls (preferred
