We seek a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team developing innovative solutions in support of the Navy. You'll leverage your expertise in Generative AI and full-stack development to design, build, and deploy impactful features for the business systems.
Contract-to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop full-stack features using Generative AI.
- Own projects end-to-end, from design to deployment.
- Collaborate on requirements and lead technical discussions.
- Foster team growth with mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Advocate for agile practices and clean code.
AI Expertise:
- Build and deploy AI models for real-time insights and automation.
- Analyze large datasets and extract valuable information.
- Leverage supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Utilize LLMs and RAG workflows (desired).
Qualifications:
- BS in CS, CE, or similar + 5 years' experience.
- SECRET clearance and CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent).
- Generative AI experience (script generation, models).
- Strong full-stack skills (.NET, JavaScript, React).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Agile experience preferred.
