We are working with a client to assist them in hiring an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a 600-unit, B+ class, market rate property in the Schaumburg, IL area. The position will supervise a large staff. HVAC Certification Type II, II or Universal is required. The position does take call every 5 to 6 weeks.
