One thing we support is life balance and flexibility. You can choose how little and how much you want to work, as well as, the type of pay structure that works best for you. We have two pay structures from which to choose. The first pay structure option offers a steady, reliable hourly pay regardless of how many clients you have. You can choose a full-time position or a part-time position . It pays $25 - $45/hour based on performance.
The second option offers more flexibility and is commission only. You receive a 30% commission for each service you provide. Our lowest-priced massage typically pays $48 for a 60-minute service. Our highest-priced massage typically pays $76 for a 90-minute service. Plus, our menu offers popular massage enhancements that can build your rate. 100% tips, of course, are included in both pay structures.
We know sometimes it takes a little while to build your clientele. To help bridge that initial gap, we are currently offering a signing bonus for all massage therapy positions.
