Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team client's team in Philadelphia, PA! The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects within the K-12, pharmaceutical, or hospital/healthcare industries. This role requires expertise in both renovations and ground-up construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Manage subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and maintained.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the K-12, pharmaceutical, or hospital/healthcare industries.
- Proven experience in both renovations and ground-up construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Compensation:
$80,000 - $130,000/year
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
