Job Overview:
A media/streaming company is seeking a strategic and agile Sr. HRBP (Tech) to provide temporary coverage and help build a world-class People team. This team will provide high-quality support to employees, in close partnership with functions such as Talent Management, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace. The Sr. HRBP will partner with the People Programs team to lead Talent Management programs, focusing on manager and team effectiveness and the employee talent lifecycle.

Strategic Business Initiatives:
- Act as a thought partner for leaders in the Engineering and Product organizations.
- Support the creation of business initiatives to scale and enhance organizational efficiency.
Talent Management Programs:
- Lead and manage programs, including manager effectiveness and the employee talent lifecycle.
- Partner with People Programs to drive employee development initiatives.
Collaboration with HR Functions:
- Work closely with Talent Management, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace teams to support employees across departments.
Operational Efficiency:
- Drive operational efficiency within the People team to support organizational growth.
Employee Experience:
- Have a direct impact on the employee experience by bringing strategic HR solutions and bright ideas to the team.
