Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical support for our network security products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to product functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and user experience.
- Assist in onboarding and training clients on our products.
- Document issues and solutions to improve future support processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in troubleshooting network security issues.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in customer support or technical support roles is a plus.
