Must Haves:
- 3-5 years of experience within Office 365 support
- Recent exchange (exchange 2016 or 2019 configuration) or on prem experience
- Strong customer service skills
- TLS email encryption experience
Plusses:
- ServiceNow
- Certifications like O365 or Azure
- Knowledge of the SPF framework
- Linux or symphony experience
Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking an IT support specialist to support the Production Services team for one of our largest financial service clients. The main responsibilities will be responding to alerts and escalations, troubleshoot negatively trending dashboards and stuck processing. Other responsibilities include, DNS permission troubleshooting for file system permissions (written scripts will be provided). Ticketing system used is ServiceNow.
