Position Summary:
Mattress Lux is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Sales Promotion Specialist to join our team at our Kennesaw, GA location. The main objective of this position is to drive traffic into the store through promotions and events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with local schools, chiropractors, and attending promotional events at places like Crunch Fitness. In addition to these responsibilities, the role also includes maintaining store cleanliness, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to in-store sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all store visitors.
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs.
- Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
Store Maintenance:
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory and ensure products are properly displayed.
Promotion and Events:
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive store traffic.
- Organize and participate in local events and promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with local schools, chiropractors, and fitness centers.
- Coordinate events with partners like Crunch Fitness to enhance store visibility and sales.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Previous sales experience
- Proficiency in outside sales and business development
- Ability to manage accounts effectively
- Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing strategies
- Proven skills in marketing and sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
Compensation:
- Salary - Commensurate with experience
- Commission on sales generated from events.
