Client Service Associate
Established regional wealth management and investment services firm is looking to bring on a CSA to their team. Ideal candidates will have 1+ years experience in wealth management or client support roles.
This role sits in the downtown Boston office and will have a hybrid schedule. Excellent opportunity to learn from high-performing team and advance your career in the wealth management sector.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with firms' external clients and provide a high level of service and engagement
- Perform operational and administrative tasks in support of Financial Advisors' portfolio of clients
- Partner internally with Financial Advisors and Senior leadership to fully service clients
- Develop and maintain clients' onboarding process
- Monitor client management system, keep up to date with current information
- Interact with custodial partners to facilitate client needs
- Support Managing Director with ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of financial services experience
- Experience in wealth management, brokerage firms, or retail banking is ideal
- Excellent communication skills and client-services mentality
