We are currently seeking a highly driven Director of Business Development to join our Commercial team. Performance Objectives
- Execute annual sales goals and meet targets through expanding existing business and new client acquisition in the Lower 48 market.
- Provide accurate feedback for quarterly and annual forecasts.
- Team with Technical Sales to present the value of our technology to needs of Operators from the Operations, Production, and Sustainability perspectives.
- Create new business opportunities to optimize ROI.
- Manage sales cycle from lead generation to close, fostering relationships to cultivate managed accounts.
- Deliver client feedback to marketing and development teams for product improvement.
- Establish and enhance prospective relationships through networking and education.
Competitive Candidate Profile

- Experience in the oilfield services sector (5+ years) selling to Operators with sustainability and production experience a plus.
- Must know outside sales and how to prospect new opportunities.
- Demonstrate professional selling acumen with strong qualifying, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Follow a sales process (in depth discovery, value proposition, buying process, decision-makers, risk mitigation, retention, and closing).
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively navigate regulatory environment connecting value to risk mitigation and return.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and values rooted in follow through.
- Display a consistent record of success in achieving or exceeding assigned revenue objectives.
Expected to attend trade shows, sales summits, and client meetings with travel up to 50%.

Candidate can live in Houston, OKC, Midland, or other major cities in the energy sector
