Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming phone calls, either directing them to the appropriate party or resolving their request.
- Review, organize, and respond to inquiries in the CRM based case management system.
- Generate entry level quotations and orders in coordination with Inside Sales members.
- Greet and welcome visitors, deliveries, and similar.
- Perform CRM maintenance and cleanup.
- Manage customer promotional kits and shipping of them.
- Organize and schedule team meetings or appointments, with the capacity for keeping detailed meeting notes.
