Property Management Company needs an Office Clerk/Receptionist to direct calls, organize voicemail messages, and send them to the right people internally. Calls are primarily from new tenants.
The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, and acknowledge instructional feedback. The candidate should also be able to quickly direct callers to the correct contact and take messages. The candidate should be able to expedite calls and avoid keeping the lines ringing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct calls and organize the voicemail messages
- Transfer tenants to the correct internal team members
- Take clear and detailed messages
- Keep the phone lines from ringing
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish
- Possess Customer service experience or proficiency (The ability to deescalate, let negative things go, and remain professional)
- Possess good communication skills and positive
- Ability to work on their own, self-motivation, and integrity
- Can get along with various personalities on a basic level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Polite and courteous
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up on new software
