Summary Statement
Candidate will answer BPC phones and direct claimants to the proper place and or answer claimant questions as necessary and enter tickets into the system so other staff can address various issues.
• Distribute reports
• Operate the printer for mail; distribute checks through printer
• Set up the copier for jobs
• Scan and send out faxes and distribute mail to the mail room.
• Load hoppers with materials, envelopes and inserts on the Pitney Bowes machine
• Remove and package completed mail for pickup. UPS package preparation.
• Keeps shelves stocked with paper and inventory.
• Perform general clean-up of papers and debris that accumulate during the workday.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Administrative experience, ability to make decisions using sound judgement.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to handle confidential information, attention to detail and strong follow through.
• Must be able to change work assignments on short notice and be flexible in scheduling.
