This role involves supporting the leadership team and office staff by managing various sales administrative functions, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, clients, and candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the executive leadership team and the wider office, including:
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, and RFPs
- Coordinating interview bookings and scheduling client meetings
- Arranging client calls and preparing materials for client communications
- Managing correspondence with candidates for pre-start tasks, including compliance checks, reference checks, and onboarding preparation (optional but preferred)
- Designing, updating, and maintaining professional slide decks for client presentations
- Managing CRM systems and updating sales pipeline data regularly
- Collaborate with the office manager and leadership on broader office administrative tasks such as:
- Managing internal administrative processes, including contract tracking, filing, and document control
- Assisting in the organization and execution of sales meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting minutes
- Supporting the creation of sales enablement materials, including slide decks, product or service information sheets, and meeting preparation for the entire office
- Maintaining accurate records of client and sales interactions in internal systems, ensuring that data is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Assisting with tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Coordinating internal and external communications related to sales processes
- Helping to manage client contracts, renewals, and pricing updates
- Supporting lead generation activities and prospecting tasks through research and system updates
- Handling general administrative tasks such as calendar management, expense tracking, and travel coordination for the sales team

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in client services support or sales support within recruitment, sales, or related industries is highly preferred. If you've worked in sales administration roles, or you're familiar with sale processes, contracts, or CRM systems, you’ll thrive in this role.
