Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Expert Services: Perform facials, hair removal, and other esthetic treatments with professionalism and care.
- Ensure Client Satisfaction: Strive to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
- Maintain a Pristine Environment: Keep your work area clean and organized to ensure a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Esthetician License: Required.
- Specialized Training: Experience in facials and face/body waxing is essential.
- Client Handling Skills: Ability to manage challenging client situations with professionalism.
- Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly, with a strong passion for skincare, makeup, and the brow industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up abilities.
- Adaptability: Eager to learn and apply new techniques, and participate in all provided training.
- Bonus Skills: Threading, eyelash extension and permanent makeup expertise are highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time
Salary: Commission, Hourly, Tips
Transition to service and product commission once a stable clientele and consistent workflow are established.
