Are you passionate about plants and customer service? Join our locally owned garden center as a Full-Time Customer Service Associate! We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to be part of our energetic and fun-loving team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer gardening questions in person and over the phone
- Assist customers in finding the plants and supplies they need
- Recommend plants, soils, fertilizers, and other gardening products
- Identify plants, pests, and plant diseases
- Care for plants and maintain attractive displays
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with a team of friendly, high-spirited individuals
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of plants, landscaping, or horticulture (prior nursery/garden center or horticulture industry experience required)
- Positive attitude and friendly, outgoing personality
- Enjoyment in working with diverse customers
- Reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts
