Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (Asset Management Firm- HYBRID)
Our client, an investment firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support their New York City office. This person must be a team player with an energetic, positive disposition.
Responsibilities:
- Support firm executives with scheduling, expenses and travel
- Assist the Office Manager with various tasks including supply ordering, technology, etc.
- Have an all hands on deck, go-getter attitude
- Communicate with the firm's investors and strategic partners
- Filing
- Special projects and requests, as needed
- Act as Receptionist as needed: answer and direct incoming phone calls, meet and greet visitors, coordinate and distribute mail and deliveries, stocking and upkeep of the kitchens and common areas, and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with corporate event planning and gift research in conjunction with the other members of the administrative team
- Assist the Office Manager with Admin team projects and miscellaneous administrative requests from various departments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (top tier school preferred*)
- 2+ year(s) of corporate experience, preferably within financial services
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Outlook
Compensation and Benefits:
- $85,000 - 100,000 base salary
- Discretionary bonus (typically within the 15-25% range)
