JOHNLEONARD is seeking a flexible, full-time Business Administrative Specialist in the Greater Boston area. The hybrid role comes with an attractive salary of $55K-$60K and a competitive benefits package. A valid driver’s license is required.
As a Business Administrative Specialist, you will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests. You will also perform routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.

- Manage and maintain an executive schedule and coordinate staff trainings
- Collaborate with other departments and prepare invoices, reports, memos, and financial statements

The successful Business Administrative Specialist applicant will have an Associate's Degree and at least 1 year of administrative experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Knowledge of processes for providing customer and personal services, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in complex and fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
