Title: Plant Maintenance Manager
Location: North Charleston, SC
Pay: $100k - $110k
Type: Direct hire, full time

Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, lead and direct all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements of a Gravity Casting, High Pressure, Machining and Melting furnaces facility
- Cross-train employees to ensure production requirements can be met every day. This includes establishing and executing a manageable job rotation schedule for all reports
- Be visible on the production floor and assist the production floor as needed
- Ability to create and maintain budget
- Ensure vendor maintenance and repair manuals are up to date and in order
- Establish a good spare part management system
Qualifications
- BS degree preferred
- Seven (7) + years previous Die Cast Maintenance Management experience required
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic functions and components
- Ability to understand P&L and drive decisions to make corrections to meet or exceed expected results in safety, quality and delivery
- Familiar with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), TQM (Total Quality management) and a continuous improvement environment
- Achieve power cost reduction
