What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle any complaints.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
- Maintain and update customer records.
- Escalate questions to the Sales or Production Managers when needed.
- Keep up with evolving product knowledge.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work Schedule & Perks:
- Monday to Friday, 6 or 8-hour shifts with flexible hours.
- On-site presence needed 1-2 days a week, based on your schedule.
