What you'll do:
- Oversee all retail and wholesale bakery production, with focus on quality and consistency
- Assist in management of wholesale accounts, catering and special orders
- Collaborate with the chef team to introduce seasonal and special menu items that align with MML concepts
- Manage inventory and order responsibly to control cost
- Write weekly schedules that coincide with financial projections and labor goals
- Foster a positive work environment and continue to grow, build, and motivate the team
Requirements:
- Four years of progressive experience in high-volume food production or catering
- At least 3 years of previous high-level experience in a well-established restaurant
- Equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience considered
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, staff, and management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- This is an evening/night position. Shifts are from 2pm-12am or 3pm-1am. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00
