PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Client Success Representative is directly responsible for building long term relationships with potential and existing clients. This position will work directly with the marketing director and other members of marketing department to provide the best experience for each person that encounters AnovaWorks.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Supports lead generation efforts.
2. Partner with Business Development to manage CRM and related software tools.
3. Upsells and works with each existing client to fully leverage all mobile screening services.
4. Assist with marketing efforts both to internal clients and external leads.
5. Establishes relationships with clients to ensure retention and overall satisfaction.
6. Manage new client onboarding processes to ensure clients know how to maximize services.
7. Design, refine, and manage value-added client communications such as educational tips, business news, and updates.
8. Continuously acts as a liaison between AnovaWorks and the client
9. Provides outstanding customer service and ensures a high-quality client experience at every contact point.
10. Reviews client complaints and concerns and seeks to improve the client experience.
11. Work with the clients to troubleshoot and solve any conflicts related to the value of AnovaWorks services.
12. Coordinates and manages all health & wellness fairs for all membership clients, twice per year.
13. Attends conferences to build relationships with future clients.
14. Captures, tracks, and analyzes client data using AnovaWorks' patient communication system and other technologies.
15. Provides weekly reports to the marketing director regarding issues and solutions.
SECONDARY JOB FUCTIONS
1. Travels within Central and Eastern Washington
2. Participates in professional development activities.
3. Serves on committees and provides project assistance.
4. Maintains confidentiality of patient health information, records, and billing information.
5. Compliant with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
1. High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
2. 2+ years of customer service, client relations experience, or equivalent (preferred)
3. Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
