We are excited to be working with an internationally recognised AM75firm in Florida, seeking a real estate associate.
The firm enjoys a distinguished and long-standing history, with offices across North America, Europe and Asia. Clients include fortune 500 and blue-chip companies, across the globe.
Collaboration and cross-selling between offices is encouraged, embodying core values of growth and cooperation.
The Practice:
- Clients include, both private and public entities
- Representation of lenders, including investment funds and banks, and borrows including construction companies, developers and commercial corporations Advising primarily on transactional matters: Acquisitions, disposals, a full spectrum of sophisticated financial solutions and regulatory advisory services
- International and national client base
- Construction litigation and disputes
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor – with an exceptional academic record
- 2-8 year PQE – real estate / real estate finance
- Must have experience in complex real estate transactions
- Construction / RE litigation experience would also be welcomed
- Active member the Florida State Bar
