Responsibilities:
Inspect and test the activities of production process; applying knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures; Review quality assurance instructions, specifications, and production schedules to determine method of conducting inspections and tests. Submitting reports and meeting with quality assurance, production, and management to discuss findings.
- Processing of customer complaints in close coordination with QM, R&D, and Production Support
- Reporting to customer
- Coordination of corrective and preventive actions with development, production and in coordination with customer
- Warranty cost settlement
- Analysis of the supplier evaluations of our customers, coordination of corrective and preventive actions with our technical departments
- Performs internal process and other audits as required.
- Monitoring of product group-related target agreements and market observation reg. failure development
- Supports establishing quality procedures, etc. specific to manufacturing operations
- Provides technical support for root cause analysis
- Coordination of communication in terms of quality to customer in coordination with the responsible Q-Manager
- Start-up support at the customer's location
- Travels to customer locations for the purpose of assisting in quality complaint
resolution or sorting activities
- Responsible for collecting quality data and running analysis of the product
- Responsible for testing and analyzing electronics, in order to insure their quality and safety
- Access to all Q-relevant topics
- Initiate production stop and release
- Insist on the definition and implementation of corrective actions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
