Top OC organization is adding a Contract Talent Acquisition Manager to their team. The qualified candidate will have experience working for a large company with over 1000 employees. This role will support recruitment for the corporate office. This role is an IN OFFICE role in Irvine, CA. No relocation for this role. Must live in OC and be able to start ASAP.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide support to Home Office employees, with heavy emphasis on full cycle recruitment and project coordination throughout the entire recruitment life cycle. This position will be able to work autonomously and effectively to ensure that all TA projects and operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Talen Acquisition Manager will also serve as a liaison with other HR and Talent Team needs. Furthermore, the Talent Acquisition team will create an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a broad knowledge of corporate recruitment experience in the following departments: HR, Marketing, Accounting, IT, Administrative and C level. Must be able to handle up to 20 plus open requisitions at a time.
Position Responsibilities:
- Administer disposition of requisitions and candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). iCIMS
- Assist with Sourcing and pre-screen candidates to fill organizational roles through various recruitment channels; actively assist with building a network of qualified talent
- Provides recruiting administrative support (i.e. assist with scheduling interviews, act as ATS administrator for Home Office)
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or directly related work experience required
- 5+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Demonstrated knowledge of TA policies and procedures preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite HR Software and recruitment software
- iCIMS experience
- Ability to demonstrate strong work values in confidentiality, integrity, and teamwork
