Title: Recruiter

Location: Great Tucson Area (hybrid)
Our client is seeking a reliable recruiter to join their HR team. This role is hybrid (2 days per week on site) in the Tucson, AZ area.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- High school diploma or GED with six (6) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources; OR a bachelor's degree with three (3) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
- Knowledge of employment law principles as they relate to recruiting and hiring processes.
- Experience providing HR support to an Operations team, including talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
- Ability to manage and prioritize twenty (20) open positions while collaborating with multiple hiring managers and HR team members.
