Job Title: Senior Medical Director – Clinical Development – IIT
Location: Bay Area, CA
Position Overview: We are recruiting a Senior Medical Director - Clinical Development to help advance our client's mission to free patients from the siege of autoimmune disease. This role will contribute to navigating the future of synthetic biology, immunology, and cell engineering.
Salary Range: $320,000 - $390,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with external investigators and researchers to support Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT).
- Serve as the medical lead for CAR T-cell therapy in IITs for autoimmune disease indications.
- Ensure completeness of safety and efficacy data reporting.
- Contribute to clinical manuscripts and study protocols.
- Assist with study-related budget and contracts.
- Lead medical review, analysis, and interpretation of clinical data.
- Support investigators in medical monitoring.
- Review clinical trial documents and regulatory submissions.
Qualifications:
- MD or MD-PhD degree required.
- Clinical Development experience in immunology, neurology, or autoimmune is required.
- 7+ years of clinical research experience, with 4+ years in clinical development.
- Specialty training in rheumatology or experience in autoimmune therapeutics.
- Proven ability to interpret and present clinical data.
- Knowledge of GCP/ICH, clinical trial design, and regulatory requirements.
